Bangladeshi actress Mehazabien Chowdhury has shared her excitement after watching The Weeknd perform live in Bangkok, Thailand. She described the experience as another dream come true.
Attending With Her Husband
Mehazabien went to the concert with her husband, producer Adnan Al Rajeeb. The couple watched the show at Rajamangala National Stadium, which hosted a stop of The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour.
The Facebook Video
On Wednesday, October 14, the actress posted a transition video on Facebook that followed her whole trip. It began with her waking up at the hotel, moved on to the flight to Bangkok, and ended with the concert itself, where she enjoyed the night with Adnan. In the video, she lip-synced to The Weeknd’s music. She wrote that seeing and hearing one of her favorite artists live was another dream fulfilled.
Three Nights in Bangkok
The Weeknd performed three nights in a row in Bangkok, on October 11, 12, and 13. His setlist drew from three albums: After Hours, Dawn FM, and Hurry Up Tomorrow. Japanese hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts joined the shows as a special guest.
A Fan Moment, Not a Work Trip
Mehazabien’s post presented the concert as a personal fan experience rather than a professional appearance. Her caption focused on the thrill of finally seeing a favorite singer on stage, which is why many fans found it relatable.
Why It Matters
The post also offers a small look at how Bangladesh’s entertainment community connects with global pop culture. Stars from the country are increasingly traveling abroad to enjoy major international events, and sharing those moments with fans on social media. For Mehazabien, this trip added one more memorable chapter to a year of travel and celebration alongside her husband.
Mehazabien is one of the most popular faces in Bangladeshi television and web drama, and her social media posts often draw quick attention from fans. Her Bangkok video is no exception, with followers filling the comments with congratulations and sharing their own favorite Weeknd songs.
