On 8 July 2025, the much awaited 45th BCS Viva Voce that is the oral interview will be conducted by the BPSC, as we all know it is the final phase or round in the selection process of the candidates under the BCS Recruitment. This is a crucial round of interview for any eligible candidates because the soft skills and the mental sharpness more than their written knowledge will be evaluated. Such skills are crucial to handle the situations with confident and composed manner, more importantly they must be able to think practically based on the situation and the circumstances they are upto.
The Viva Voce will be of 100 marks and additional marks from this phase will majorly help a candidate to clear the interview in the final merit list issued by BPSC.
45th BCS Viva – What You Need To Know?
- Viva will be conducted at the designated centers [Often it was at Dhaka PSC Office]
- To avoid any haste preparations before your interview reach the venue before 30 minutes earlier
- Revise all the optional subjects, cadre preferences and the current affairs.
- Looks are more important as it gives an impression of how you present yourself
- So, wear a formal sleeve shirt (preferably light colors) and a black pant, polished shoes, tie and get your beard trimmed
- For woman, they need to wear saree or salwar kameez and a neatly tied hair
- Sit in the erect posture but stay relaxed and always reply by making the eye contact with the interviewers
- Mobile Phones, unnecessary papers, bags, gadgets are prohibited to take into the interview room
- Finally, check whether you have all the essential documents such as – Application form, call letter for the interview, and all the original documents (your academic certificates).
