18th NTRCA E-Certificate Correction: Latest Guidelines.

The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) had conducted the 18th Teacher Registration Exams in 2023 and it is the 6th recruitment notice since it was launched. All the candidates who attended this exam have been introduced with the instructions rolled out by NTRCA and this update is remarked as a significant one for their first steps towards their career. And it confirms that e-certificates will be made available to the qualified candidates soon which serves as the official proof of their eligibility. These long awaited updates will play a vital role in moving forward with the recruitment process for all the non-governmental institutions across the country.

The Key Instructions for the qualified candidates of the “18th Teacher Registration Exams” are,

All the candidates who have successfully cleared their exams will be given with the e-certificate by NTRCA
Use your – roll number, batch, user ID, and password to download the certificates from the official website of NTRCA
These certificates are important while uploading for the upcoming 6th recruitment circular
If a candidate finds a mistake in the personal details (Name, Parent’s Name, Permanent Address) of theirs they should,

– Download the certificate

– Fill the correction form

– Must pay the correction fee

– Finally submit it to NTRCA office

If they find mistakes in D.O.B (date of birth), they cannot apply for the jobs. So, they

– Should not download the certificate

– Must submit the correction form and pay the fee at the NTRCA office early.

The official release date of those e-certificates will soon be announced by the NTRCA itself.
