Samsung recently issued its completed Samsung One UI 8 Watch upgrade on the trendy Galaxy Watch Ultra. The update is an exciting one, which is full of new health tracking features that add the smart watching capabilities to your smartwatch. With the Samsung One UI 8, you can get sophisticated wellness tools, improved sleep monitoring, and effective fitness tutelage right on your wrist. Samsung One UI 8 is now being released on additional Samsung watches after the Galaxy Watch 8 series first had it. What’s New in Samsung One UI 8 Watch Update
Samsung has come out with its Samsung One UI 8 Watch update, which allows one to track health on the device with several breakthrough features:
- Antioxidant Index: Samsung One UI 8 is able to measure the level of antioxidants in your body using the BioActive Sensor on the watch in just five seconds. It can guide you on the ability of your body to resist harmful substances.
- Energy Score. The Samsung One UI 8 will estimate your readiness in a given day depending on your sleep, activity, and heart rate. This provides you with the concrete image of your physical and mental energy levels.
- Better Sleep Guidance. The watch monitors your sleep over three days and afterwards gives you specific recommendations on when to wake and go to bed. It takes into consideration your natural sleep rhythm to assist you so that you sleep well.
- Running Coach feature: The watch tests your performance after running only 12 minutes, and, as a result, builds an individual training plan of 3-5 weeks.
- Vascular Load Monitoring. Samsung One UI 8 is also able to monitor heart stress when you are sleeping, thus giving warning signs that you are experiencing health issues.
- High Stress Alerts: In case Samsung One UI 8 detects a high rate of stress, it will recommend breathing exercises and mindfulness activities.
Galaxy Watch Ultra Gets New Titanium Blue Color
With the Samsung One UI 8 update, Samsung has also released a lovely Titanium Blue version of the Galaxy Watch Ultra, as well. This fancy color variant was announced during the event of Samsung Galaxy in July.
