Fans of both Bangladesh and Singapore are affected and disheartened by the ticketing issues which was observed on the Tikify website, for the Asian Cup Qualifier Match. The ticket sales kicked off on Saturday but Tikify was not operational for two days and today the Competition Committee Chairman of BFF (Bangladesh Football Federation) Golam Gauss has stated to the media that it was resolved.
“They told us that the system will be up and running by today. Work is also underway. Hopefully, everyone will be able to buy tickets again today” – Golam Gauss, Competition Committee Chairman.
And it is reported that the tickets will be active for sales by this evening. As per the given information by the Competition Committee Member Tajwar Awal around 3,500 tickets were sold.
“We have received complaints of some tickets missing matches. We are monitoring them. If any errors are found, they will be corrected” he added.
