Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Velvet Couture Look
She wore an all-black velvet couture outfit by Syrian designer Yara Shoemaker, with crystal detailing and a cape. The gown was fitted, with a sculpted bodice and a cinched waist, and it had a plunging neckline.
The cape had pearl and crystal embellishments along its borders and a galaxy-inspired shimmer. A tiara completed the outfit. Celebrity stylist Mohit Rai conceptualised and styled the look.
New Burgundy-Red Hair
Her hair got as much attention as the outfit. She debuted burgundy-red hair, a clear change from her usual darker shade.

Theme of the 2026 Show
This was the ninth edition of Le Défilé, which L’Oréal Paris has held during Paris Fashion Week since 2017. The theme was “Express Your Worth”, built around self-expression, sisterhood and women’s empowerment.
Her Long Link With L’Oréal Paris
Aishwarya has been a global brand ambassador for L’Oréal Paris since 2003. Last year she walked the same runway in a black sherwani-inspired look. She was also seen in Paris with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan before the show, stopping for photos with fans.
