BDRCS – The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society is a humanitarian organization which is affiliated with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. This organization operates majorly during the emergencies which includes cyclones, floods, landslides and other natural/man-made disasters.

Educational Qualification	Masters/Masters in Public Administration or Relevant subjects or MBA in HRM/Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from BIM (will get preference)
Experience	At least 15 years or experienced in business area like Development Agency
Other Requirements	Age – 45 to 55 yearsMinimum 15 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management of which Minimum 5 years working experience in senior level (Director/ Deputy Director/ Manager/ Coordinator) positions.Minimum 5 years of working experience with development/ humanitarian organizations will be given preference.Essential Skills – Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Languages – English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
