BAN vs UAE 2nd T20: UAE Defeats Bangladesh for First Time.

The second T20 between UAE and Bangladesh took place at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Monday. It was strongly believed that Bangladesh’s humongous target 206 will be troubling their opponent UAE and this match could end in favour of Bangladesh. But a history was made yesterday.

UAE vs BAN 2nd T20: First Time Ever!!!

The UAE men’s team successfully chased down their target of 206 with one ball left and two wickets left in their hands. It was a thrilling and jaw dropping match between them. With this win they poised the series as 1-1 and the decider match is on Wednesday (21 May 2025).

In the international T20 history of UAE this is the first time they defeated Bangladesh since 2016, also this is the highest ever total chased by them. The captain’s knock of Mohammad Wasim (82 runs) and opener batsmen Zohaib Khan’s 38 runs helped their team majorly to carry the momentum till the end of the game.
