‘Altyn Minbar’ is also called as the Kazan International Film Festival is an annual event held in Kazan of Tatarstan to celebrate and honor the feature films, documentaries, short films and animated works that are selected from across the regions to premiere in the festival. They are filtered and selected based on the themes they promote through their stories and narratives including moral values, interfaith dialogue, humanity, tolerance and peace.
