- Parul Chaudhury, a devoted wife played by Frieda Pinto, whose life takes an unexpected turn when a long-lost love returns. She stands at the centre of the unfolding drama.
- Siddhartha is joined as Amit Mukherjee, the long-lost love of Parul. Amit’s character is that of a warm-hearted Bengali American who was raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is emotionally open, generous, and reliable in times of crisis, but struggles with stability, both in his personal relationships and his work. His world is torn apart when Parul, his former love, returns just as something promising was about to develop in his current life.

Netflix has announced that, along with Pinto and Siddhartha, several other actors will be in supporting roles:
