Bangladesh Army Opens Applications For Women in Armed Forces Nursing Service

Only a few people will get the chance to serve for the country and it is considered to be the most prestigious duty of all. Because ‘Nation Comes First’ before anything and the Bangladesh Army has published a recruitment notice which is issued by the Army’s 42nd Direct Short Term Commission. The Armed Force of Bangladesh welcomes the women nurse candidates for the service. 

Eligibility 

  • Age – 26 (as on 1 January 2026) and should not exceed this.
  • Height – 1.55 meters (5 ft 1 inch)
  • Weight – 46 kg (100 lbs)
  • Chest Size – Normal: 0.71 meters (28 inches), Expansion: 0.76 meters (30 inches)
  • Education – B.Sc Nursing and an Internship should be completed from a government recognized nursing college with minimum GPA of 3.50 in SSC and HSC examinations
  • Marital – Single/Married/Widow/Divorced
  • Must be a Bangladeshi citizen by birth

[Candidates who doesn’t fall in all these categories will be considered as ineligible]

  • Click the option that appears on the right corner of home page ‘APPLY NOW’ 
  • Fill all the required details and documents
  • Then finish your application by paying 1000 taka
  • After finish all these procedures you will receive the call-up letter for the written test immediately

Primary Health and Oral Examination9 to 11 September 2025
Final Selection & Issuance of Joining LetterTBA

The candidates who clear all these tests will be joining the service at AMC Center and School on 30 October 2025.
