To make real Bohri Samucha in your house, you will need the following ingredients:

- 250 g minced chicken or beef
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Fresh green onion
- Oil for deep frying
These few ingredients are mixed up to form a rich and aromatic filling.
The Flavorful Filling Preparation
Warm oil in a pan and saute chopped onions until they turn golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for one minute until fragrant. Incidentally, add the minced meat and cook well.
Add turmeric and chilli powder, garam masala and salt to the mixture. Bake till the meat is soft, and the mixture is a little dry. Lastly, add chopped coriander leaves, and green onion leaves are added and allow the filling to cool down, then wrap.
Divide the pastry sheets into stripes. Put a spoonful of filling on one end, and roll it in triangular form 3 times round and close the side with a little flour paste or water.
It is this form of folding that makes Bohri Samucha so crispy.
Warm oil in a deep pan and fry the samuchas at medium heat, until it becomes golden brown and crispy. Accompany them with hot sauce, dates and refreshing beverages to have a fulfilling Iftar.
