A colossal earthquake of 8.8 magnitude struck off the coast of Russia’s Kamchatka Peninsula on 29 July has its reverberation faced all along the Pacific Coastal region as 10 countries announced Tsunami warning from Hawaii to Japan.
The quake struck at a depth of 74 km, with its epicentre roughly 133 km southeast of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, over 6,800 km away from Moscow, reported The US Geological Survey (USGS). Estimated to be a devastating one, the Russian coastal line has been facing waves of destruction since yesterday.
