Most banks in Bangladesh are closed for regular counter services as of Saturday, April 11, 2026. Normal banking hours on weekdays
Banks are usually open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM on regular workdays, which are Sunday through Thursday. Bangladesh Bank has recently told some branches to have shorter customer service hours (for example, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) to make things run more smoothly and better manage staff.
