How the Accident Happened

It was reported from many local sources, as well as school authorities, that at about 12 PM (just after school was let out), Tanveer was standing on the side of the road with classmates waiting to go home. A van, which was parked nearby, put its vehicle into reverse, quickly moving back towards the group of children, pushing Tanveer between the van and an electric pole.
